The following essay aims to explain the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on the different patterns social, especially those that are closely related to technology. The explanation of this phenomenon comes from an indepth analysis of the most popular works of the sociologist Herbert Marcuse: The One-Dimensional Man: Studies in the Ideology of Advanced Industrial Society and Industrialization (1964) and capitalism in the work of Max Weber (1968).
