This paper deals with the clarity and richness of language as one of the fundamental keys to pedagogical reflection and practice. To this end, I have started by reviewing five of Paulo Freire’s works in order to identify (and to enjoy the findings) precious moments of poetic tension and a wise flowing of the words. The call I make is to take care of our form of expression as a treasure when it comes to educating, and to never stop making the effort to build pedagogical work.
