This third issue of the Journal of Communication, of the Social Communication career of the Bolivian Catholic University (UCB), is accompanied by the certification of the Executive Committee of the Bolivian University (CEUB) that certifies that our program is operating in "exceptional conditions of quality and academic excellence ". This evaluation was based on the strengths of our academic prestige, the high quality of the teaching staff, the positive level of student motivation and, particularly, a "high level of relevance in the investigative and social interaction components".
